Son pacientes que tienen lo que se llama una fractura por compresi\u00f3n. No tienen violaci\u00f3n posterior, a veces tambi\u00e9n las hicimos en pacientes que s\u00ed la tienen. Estos pacientes son mayoritariamente osteopor\u00f3ticos. As\u00ed que poner cemento en una v\u00e9rtebra a veces no es la mejor soluci\u00f3n. Esto es como las c\u00e1scaras de huevo, y las tienes una encima de otra y luego pones cemento en una, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con las otras cuando se carguen encima?   <\/p>\n<p>Esto es dif\u00edcil, esas fracturas empezar\u00e1n a romperse y estos pacientes tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1n fracturas por compresi\u00f3n de otro nivel. As\u00ed que tiene que ser una decisi\u00f3n de juicio.
